I once had back pain that I forgot three days later. Today at 46 it looks different ... Today I know that in addition to the recurring problems with my sacroiliac joint (SIJ), among other things, my long legs are also responsible and I know I can assure you that this joint does not rust. Through regular exercise ... 🙂 But it doesn't just apply to the SI joint. All the joints of the body are used for movement ... and even if excessive use can cause wear and tear, any movement does not cause problems. This is because the important nutrients that cartilage needs are absorbed into the joint only by movement. You can compare it to a closet door that you haven't opened in years. It is also jammed with occupation.
Regular cycling
And finally, people don't care what we do ... First and foremost, it's all about moving on. No one has to join a fitness club or a gymnastics club. A brisk walk or a bike ride is enough ... at least if you do it regularly ... and exercise is not a burden, but a gift ... which we only appreciate when it is now Doesn't work as usual ...
